Returns — We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in original packaging. Email us at support@lapinluxuries.com with your order number to initiate a return. Ship returns to: 121 Intrepid Lane, Syracuse NY 13205.

Damaged or Incorrect Items — Inspect your order upon arrival. Contact us immediately at support@lapinluxuries.com if anything arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items — Personal care and beauty products, custom or personalized orders, sale items, and gift cards are final sale.

Exchanges — Return the original item and place a new order once your return is accepted.

Refunds — Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.
